Michael Moore

Country Head Appco Group Indonesia

Michael Moore is currently responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Appco Group network in Indonesia. After a solid and successful career within the Appco Group network in Australia, Michael headed to Indonesia in 2006 as part of the initial country set-up.

Over the past four years Michael has been a key contributor to the development of Indonesia into one of the Appco Group's largest markets.

Today, Indonesia represents clients in the Not-for-Profit sector with more than 100 sales representatives marketing on behalf of four clients. Michael's Organisation accounts for 95 percent of this.

Katie Moore

Business Development Manager

Katie Moore started in the Appco Group in Brisbane Australia in June 2000. Initially starting off in the sales she spent two years working on the field in a marketing office pioneering many different campaigns from Credit, telco and other small tests for the group. In February 2002 Katie then moved into an Ownership position where she was responsible for running a marketing office contracted to the Appco group. She was responsible for running the Citibank campaign in Brisbane.

After extensive experience in the group in the sales area in 2006 Katie was selected to move to Indonesia to set up a new country and assist the County Head to pioneer the new Direct Debit Donor Program in Jakarta. Since the move Katie was responsible for setting up all the administration, customer service, events and finance support team for all the marketing offices as well as working as the Client Account Manager and looking for new Business for the group.

Katie is now part of the senior management team within Appco Group Asia and is responsible for assisting the Country Head with country planning, maintaining existing relationships with clients in Indonesia and looking at securing more clients in telco, pay tv, insurance and other commercial sectors.
